Carolyn’s career has been primarily within hospital and health system environments, encompassing both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Her expertise spans strategic planning, marketing, public relations, operational improvement, and business development. Before joining Providence, she established a knowledge transfer function for Vizient’s nationally recognized performance improvement collaboratives.
