Colton Ducken joined Avista Corporation in 2022 where he serves as a Regional Business manager and is responsible for strategic initiatives and community & economic vitality within the Valley and West Plains regions. Prior to his current role, he served as a U.S. Marine Corps engineer officer where he performed various roles across the world, from operations management to project and program management. Colton is a member of the Board of Directors for the West Plains Chamber of Commerce and a member of Veterans Expeditions, a veteran advocacy 501c3 nonprofit. A native of Washington state, Colton attended Washington State University for his Masters in Government & Global Affairs, and the University of Washington for his Masters in Business Administration. When not working, he and his wife enjoy climbing, skiing, traveling, or playing with their dog.
