Doug Yost is the Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Centennial Properties Inc.  (CPI) where he leads the strategic management and development of the land and building assets of Centennial Properties Inc. and Cowles Real Estate Company.  This position includes implementing an on-going growth strategic plan for the companies, overseeing the construction and development of various master plan land developments, and managing, developing, constructing, and acquiring various office and mixed use buildings.  Notable projects include the recently completed Centennial Industrial Park in the City of Spokane Valley, The M in the former Macy’s building located in downtown Spokane, and the Banner Building in downtown Boise. His responsibilities also include the guidance of the development, construction, and management of  developed and vacant land positions, office buildings, retail structures, and multi-family projects located throughout the Western United States.  Prior to his employment at Centennial he was the Vice President and Senior Investment Manager and Northwest Regional Branch Manager for Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors.  He was responsible for originating and overseeing all real estate transactions for the Pacific Northwest Region.    Doug is an experienced developer/home builder throughout the State of Washington where he constructed and developed numerous residential and commercial projects.  During this time he was also a Principal of RightPath Investments, a company he formed that provided consulting and strategic evaluation services to clients to assess their real estate portfolios and develop management and investment plans to enhance those portfolios.  At RightPath he became a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker for Washington State.  He received his BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Ohio State University.  

As a life long Washington resident, which includes spending his childhood in the Tri-Cities and Prosser area, Doug and his wife Pat have enjoyed being part of an Eastern Washington community again and raising their 2 children with a strong sense of community ties.
