Bill moved to Spokane in 1995. Bill served on the Spokane Valley Chamber Board of Directors for 5 years. He is currently on the Valley Chamber Foundation Board. Bill is also on the Spokane Valley Heritage Museum Board, and is one of the museum founding members. Bill also served as co-chairman of the Law Enforcement Transition Committee for the new City of Spokane Valley.
Bill and his wife Dianne are retired, with two children, and five grandchildren.
