Executive Director at the HUB Sports Center, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, since fall 2009.  He has facilitated the transition from an organization with an uncertain future, to an essential part of the community and a key resource for our youth.  Prior to joining the HUB team, he worked with Skyhawks Sports Academy, Coca-Cola Enterprises and UC Davis Athletics.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis and an MBA from University of Southern California.

A transplant from California, Phil and his family (wife, daughter, and 2 sons) now call Spokane home.
