Dan Springer is the Chief Operating Officer for MultiCare Valley and Deaconess Hospitals. Dan started his healthcare career in Spokane many years ago and has since served in executive roles in both urban and rural hospitals across the country. In his current role, he oversees all surgical and procedural areas in the hospitals, as well as all ancillary departments and employees. He also oversees implementation of strategic plans and all construction projects and capital improvements.

Dan and his wife Brooke are active in the community, especially with their four kids who all attend school in Spokane Valley. They play an active role in their church and have coached many youth sports along the way. Dan has also served on the board of Spokane County United Way.
