We’re building a robust talent pipeline, one connection at a time, through immersive, hands-on experiences with local manufacturers.

In partnership with our Greater Spokane Valley school districts, we’re coordinating monthly tours throughout the school year, offering juniors and seniors a behind-the-scenes look at a wide range of businesses—from small family-run machine shops to some of the largest manufacturers in the county. These tours will spark curiosity, fuel passion, and encourage students to envision themselves thriving in a career in manufacturing after graduation.
