As a life-long learner, Sam understands that the most important cultural phenomenon any organization can foster is employee satisfaction. This can be achieved through supervisor training, experience with diversity & inclusion, and a whole lot of empathy.

Sam enjoys behavioral economics, diversity and inclusion, leadership coaching, and organizational development. When available, Sam enjoys a hike with some elevation, video games, and playing games with his family.
