Young women who are sophomores and juniors at Spokane Valley High Schools are eligible to participate in the Miss Spokane Valley pageant on Mar. 19, 2016. The pageant will be held at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center auditorium, located at 2426 Discovery Place in Spokane Valley. The winners of this pageant will be asked to represent Valleyfest this summer at community parades, and the Valleyfest parade. This program is to encourage leadership, community service, and represent the Spokane Valley at valley events.
