Preliminary 6-year T.I.P. for the City of Liberty Lake
Nearly 8,000 people drive into and out of Liberty Lake each day to work at one of the many businesses in the city. Most of them don’t reside in the city.
This is one of the issues discussed as part of the preliminary 6-year improvement plan for the City of Liberty Lake which includes a Henry Road overpass, the widening of the Harvard Road Bridge, and a pedestrian crossing on Appleway. Tax increment financing, utility taxes and other means of funding these projects previously discussed were also mentioned.
The plan was presented by City Administrator Katy Allen and Mayor Steve Peterson.
