An upcoming event in our Valley to help raise awareness and funds for our most needy in the Valley community…Heart for a Home is going to be a fun, family-friendly event on December 13th February 14 at CenterPlace benefiting Family Promise’s expansion in the Valley and the Central Valley PTA’s HEART In Hand Outreach, which helps the homeless & in-transition students & families identified through the school’s HEART program.
